CHARDONNAY
It is obtained by grapes of the homonymous wine variety at 85% and others of analogous colour (authorised in our province) with a maximum production of 10 tonnes per hectare and a yield of wine not superior to 70%. Chardonnay wine has straw yellow colour with greenish shades, a refined scent, fruity and pleasant with dry, medium sweet, harmonic, fresh still or sparkling flavour; its minimum alcoholic content is 11% by volume. Are also produced the “Sparkling” and “Spumante” versions. It should be served at 10° C, it is a wine that can match many occasions, especially starters, cold dishes, soups, white meats and fish.
