The Pinot Gris is composed by grapes of the homonymous grape variety at the 85% and by other recommended or authorised grapes. The maximum grape production is of 10 tonnes per hectare and the wine yield is of 70 hectolitres. Its colour is straw yellow and coppery, its scent is characteristic, and his flavour is dry and medium sweet. Its minimum alcohol content is 11% by volume; two are the expected categories: sparkling and Spumante. The Spumante version is nice as an aperitif.
It goes well with starters, soups, first courses with delicate and refined taste and it is served preferably at 10°. Minimum total acidity: 5,0 g/l. Minimum dry nett extract: 15,0 g/l.
