SAUVIGNON

It is obtained by the grapes of the homonymous wine varietal (85%) and by other grapes of similar colour recommended or authorised by the Province. Its maximum production is of 10 tonnes per hectare and its wine yield isn’t superior to 70%. This wine is straw yellow-coloured (even intense), and its delicate and characteristic scent, its flavour is dry, medium sweet and pleasant. Its minimum alcoholic content is 11% by volume. There’s also the Sparkling version. It is a wine adapt to many occasions, especially with starters, cold dishes, soups, white meats and fish. It has to be drank not aged in order to get its taste and elegance, it is better if it’s served at 10° C.
