TREBBIANINO VAL TREBBIA
It is produced with the Ortrugo, Aromatic Candia Malvasia, white Muscat, Trebbiano Romagnolo and Sauvignon wine varietals; the white berried grapes can contribute to the production if they’re recommended or authorised by the Province. The grapes cannot go beyond the production of 10 tonnes per hectare and the maximum wine yield is of 70%. Its colour is straw yellow or light golden yellow, its smell is winy and pleasant. There are different typologies. The minimum alcoholic content is 11% by volume. It goes well with light starters, dry soups. Freshwater fishes, omelettes and it should be served at the temperature of 10° C.
