This wine is obtained by Aromatic Candia Malvasia, Ortrugo and Trebbiano Romagnolo wine varietals, but there also might be white berried grapes coming from recommended or authorised vine varieties. In vineyards the production cannot exceed 10 tonnes per hectare and the maximum wine yield is 11% by volume. There are also the “Sparkling” and “Spumante” versions.
It is recommended the match with starters, soups, fish, white meats and sweet cheeses. It has to be served at about 10° C.
